I’ve taken inspiration from the Seoul Women’s University by incorporating all of the live/work space into the core of the design, and I am creating an area for rest and play on the roofs.
By tunnelling the road it mitigates much of the affiliated road noise, and I have also proposed incorporating allotments/community gardens on the roof to the west of the site.
Car parking is split level to the east of the site, to allow the view of the Holy Trinity Church to be preserved, as well as adding in a new bus stop at the bottom of the road.
