Having created a model in SketchUp of the main details for my planned construction for North Place, I then selected twelve points as focal areas of the design. I have then printed screen grabs of the site, and outlined the areas with a rough pen sketch.
The section below show to location of my proposed bus stop and traffic calming measures, as well as the new bicycle repair hub, and a view from the bottom of the hillside walk.
Having scanned them from tracing onto a high quality paper, next step is to add in more details and colour render.
